Wow 1 Day Painting Ottawa

I just want to start by saying the company name is a perfect fit , because I was WOWed by not only the quality of work but the service!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Leesa the owner and the reason I chose to go with wow one day paint was the way I treated. Leesa came for a home visit quote (free of charge) and she helped me pick out colours and help me create a vision

I highly recommend this company , if your looking for that type of service that is almost non existent these days, then get ready to be WOWed!

The three people I met from this company were very professional. Leesha provided a surprisingly low quote. On the agreed upon date, the site manager came over to discuss the details with Matt, the painter. Matt carefully covered the floor and furniture, especially important since he was painting the ceilings in the kitchen, family room and powder room. He was very patient with my spaniel who was curious about the paint tray and took the time to make friends with him. I couldn't have been more satisfied!

I was pleasantly surprised by their workmanship. I was a little sceptical they could paint 2/3 of my house in one day and I was wowed that they were all finished by 5:30 pm. If you are looking for a quick and decent job I would recommend them. If you are more of a perfectionist then you might to hire someone else. I did notice some of the nail pops in my beam were still there along with a few other flaws, but overall I was very satisfied and I would use them again.

This is a team that really impressed us - from the time we met for consultation and estimate, they put our needs first. They helped choose the accent wall as well as how to make the most of the trim and panelling. They put in a lot of hard work in and did accomplish the project in 1 day. We were very happy with the final professional look. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve and freshen up their apt. or home. I hired Wow because they are affiliated with 1800 got junk and i have a lot of faith in the business model and service standards. I wasn’t disappointed. Looks like a new model home ! Liked that Leesa was patient and gave an organized detailed estimate and updated it when I made changes on her second visit just before painting day. The team started and finished on time even making unexpected patches in the bathroom where the light fixtures had been removed. On painting day, Leesha was there to do the initial walkthrough and the final inspection and so I felt confident I was in good hands. Am so glad I chose them. I am having them back to do my basement. The team of six painters arrived on time at my door on the day. They all wear the lime green company tee shirts. All are professional, polite, very nice, friendly, and skilled painters. Their “boss” does a walkabout with them, explaining what is to be done, and the on-site coordinator asked me some questions, to ensure things would be as I wanted.
All team members got along well, and welcomed my interest and chatted with me if I wanted to.
They started wrapping up, and cleaning up at about 3:00, and the cleanup was thorough. They vacuumed, and replaced the switch plates I had removed, without being asked. The owner returned later that day to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Really, the name WOW, is very appropriate! I heartily recommend this company. Thank you, Leesa. Pat Williams
