First my maytag side by side fridge side stopped working, I noticed the freezer was not frozen in addition that's when we called appliances citywide. Rob made an appointment on the same day, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it to me. He also had the necessary parts on board so I did not have to wait an extra day and he fixed my fridge on the same day in a very timely manner. My fridge works like a charm now. I also received the first time customer discount. I am very happy with this company, I would definitely recommend appliances citywide to my family and friends.

Rob fixed my side by side fridge.He is knowledgeable and prompt. He charged me a fair price, left my kitchen clean and also was very respectfull of my property. i will call appliances citywide for any of my major appliance repair in future.

Replaced heating element and promised warranty for one year. Six months later I phoned as the dryer wasn't working again they never answered my call - it was always on voicemail, never a person. Do not waste your money!
