Bought a home and mold inspection package through an online deals site. Zoom Home and Mold inspection promised to do a thorough check for any problems and mold. I was very disappointed with the quality of the inspection. He didn't go on top of the roof to check for any leaks, he didn't climb under. Other than stating the obvious issues with the home, it was not worth my time. You get what you pay for. What threw me off was that he didn't have a proper ladder or tools (screw drivers) to open up electrical panels. I didn't even see him have the infrared tool to search for mold. Couldn't explain electrical problems properly. I felt like it was a one man shop, and the guy just passed the test to get license, but technical know-how was not there.
