We were very glad we had Tom and his crew along for the ride for what turned out to be a pretty extensive and complicated basement renovation. We moved interior walls, put in a bathroom, replaced the exterior insulation and drywall, and put in new flooring and electrical. Our old house is full of surprises, and a few issues cropped up through the renovation. Communication from Tom was excellent throughout. He was always straightforward with us about what needed to be done, and creative about finding ways to make them happen within our budget. Prices and timelines were discussed openly and fairly. There were a couple of small touch-ups that needed doing after the project was complete and they have been quickly taken care of. We would definitely use TAG again for a big home reno.
