Redo the whole main floor, including the kitchen
Our contractor, The Anything Guys, was amazing. The work was done on time and on budget, which is almost unheard off in the industry. This is even more amazing in the current environment.
We had the whole main floor redone. The project included new flooring new kitchen cabinets, better lighting, and work around the fireplace. We also had the whole floor repainted. It also included, on the recommendation of the contractor, redesigning the kitchen. We eliminated a pensiula running north-south and building an island running east-west. It has made the kitchen far more functional.
The contractor moved from one phase to the other almost seamlesssly and efficiently. There was very little downtime.
I would strongly recommend The Anything Guys (TAG).
