Prelude Landscaping

My husband and I contracted Prelude Landscaping to install our backyard design in the hopes of starting in the spring of 2017. However, the company was not able to start our project until late August. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this company. In fact, we encountered several problems, including an improperly dug swale, owner miscalculated the size of our desired stone patio (which led to an increase in the cost of materials), crew did not notice downspout and, therefore, failed to run a drain under the patio, flagstone walkways were not properly installed (but crew did fix when the mistake was pointed out), landscaping cloth was not used in some areas of the perennial bed, wrong type and variety of perennials were provided (had to be returned), perennials and shrubs were not properly spaced and placed according to the landscape design, pavers were not installed securely on the water feature (this was resolved), missing T-connector for the plastic edging, and wrong material (mulch vs. river rock) used in some areas (this was resolved). Many of the problems were resolved (as indicated); however, some were not.

I have ask around for quotes for my new house on landscaping and Prelude Landscaping was the one have greatest price which included design and patio in the quote with reasonable budget. The owner came and measured my yard and front lawn and draw/design our landscape with us. Once we agreed the price and design, they scheduled the work and finish everything in 3 days. My family are very impress with the work and it comes with 1 years warranty for Patio and grass as well. As the earth moved around us for the patio (New land.. :P) , I have ask them to come back this summer for repair which they did came and estimate and will fix for us once their busy season is finish.
