Alarm Systems review in

I have had ADT for many years. They have a two way system and I have never had an issue with the system or the staff. However, I found that when the system is alerted it takes the police over an hour to get to my house. I don't think the police take it very seriously but they do come to the house eventually. I do love the emergency button. If you press the emergency button, the two way calling comes on right away. You can tell them your situation and they send some out right away. This is great when you have a senior in your home. Not a bad system but I am in the market for a new one or an add-on system; something with a camera. I will be researching for reviews ;)
