Washing machine stopped working. Turns out it was the switch. He was able to make time to come and do the job less than 3 hours after I spoke with him. As a mom home on mat leave with my baby I particularly appreciated that he was so friendly, laidback, knowledgeable, and efficient! He fixed the switch and another gear too on the spot. No idea if the price is competitive but for the ease of resolution I would 100% recommend! Thanks Kai :)
