In January we noticed mold built up in the attic. Some plywood was dark. Talked to a few insulation companies and one of them recommended Max from Twin Peaks. From the time we contacted Max everything went very well. Max was very patient to explain all the detail related questions we asked. In March when the weather was good Max and his team got the shingles replaced with about 40 pieces of plywood replaced. Max and his team were well organized and professional. The whole project took them one and half days. Should you consider to have your roof replaced or redone we believe you should contact Max.

From the very first call in the middle of January, Max was professional, informative, accommodating and communicative. He gave us a clear understanding of what needed to be done and was reassuring for any concerns we had.
From initial inspection to waterproofing, scheduling to completion we knew we were in good hands. Max and his team was so quick and thorough, getting the job done fast and cleaning up as if they were never there.
We were provided with fair pricing, before and after pictures as well as such great care and attention to detail for the job itself.

We had our roof done by Twin Peaks in October of last year and figured it would be best to wait a while to see how the roof and their work performed before making any comment. I can say we made the right choice in selecting them. First off, the gentleman who gave the quote (Jim) made it so easy for us and was far more knowledgeable than the others. He took the time to explain everything including fixing the ice-dam problem we've had for decades. Also, Max (the owner) and his crew were amazing and professional all the way. They showed up in the morning, did the roof, cleaned up, and when they left you'd hardly know they were there. A couple of our neighbors were impressed as they booked them to do their roofs this year. You also get drone pictures of your finished roof. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them.

While it's not my usual practice to leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my recent experience. We encountered some issues with our roof, prompting me to seek an additional contractor's opinion. The initial assessment suggested a complete roof replacement, with an estimated cost of $12,000. However, seeking a second opinion proved to be a wise decision. Upon Ben's inspection, it was determined that the issues were minor and only required a few repairs. Ben demonstrated professionalism and fairness throughout the process, and I confidently endorse his services. Twin Peaks Roofing came recommended on a local moms FB group so they were the first people we reached out to when we had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Max, the owner sent one of his guys over to check it out on a Sunday and see if they could do a brief patch job to hold us over, as rain was expected. We then met with Max, the owner of Twin Peaks, to review our options for replacing our 25 year old roof. Max is well spoken, knowledgeable, prompt and honest. He came by personally to thoroughly tarp our roof to ensure no further leaks while we waited a few weeks for our new roof install. His team did a great job with the removal and install, all was wrapped up by early afternoon, and zero mess left behind. About 8 weeks later we even had some water coming in from our chimney down to the gas fireplace so we called Max just to ensure there was no issues with the new roof. He promptly came by to check it out. And although it wasnt the roof at all, but rather some gapping in the brick work, he did a quick repair on the brick work for us. Great company, and Max really stands behind his company name and workmanship. You wont be disappointed choosing them for your next roofing job.

Max and Twin Peaks did my roof in 2016, which included a skylight replacement. Fast forward 8 years, there was a small leak in the skylight. I emailed Max at 11pm, he was at my house the next day to check it out. They removed shingles and checked their job. Turns out, it wasn't leaking, but it was condensation from the inside building up and dripping. And they didn't charge us anything. I was impressed with the speed of returning my call, and their great and fast service. Highly recommend.

Chace from Twin Peaks came the next day I was asking for a roofer. He did a fine job explaining what the problem was. I would definitely use or tell other people about this company.
