Max does his own quotes, keeps you updated on the job start date, starts on time, keeps you updated during the job, and does his own final inspection after the job is completed. We also replaced a challenging flat roof portion, replaced a skylight and replaced all eaves troughs and downspouts. None of this was an issue for Max and his teams, the work was professional and efficient. We are happy with the overall process and the end result. We highly recommend giving Twin Peaks a call.

Thanks Scott, your flat roof at the front porch was leaking because the last roofers didn't run the products up high enough up the sloped portion. During the ice build up/ melting process of the winter, water was forced to back up into the porch attic due to blockage from the the ice damn. We stripped to the old roof off, and re decked the flat roof to ensure a positive slope/sufficient surface for the new base layer of the flat roof to adhere to. It was also very important to install the animal proof vents and replace your existing skylight. Thanks for your business, you have been great customer !
