I called Alex about removal of raccoons in my mother in laws attic. Alex was prompt, professional and all around friendly. Alex patiently provided me an explanation of all options. When I needed Alex to come back and do more work, he did so again promptly and professionally. When I wasn’t able to meet him to make payment, he was kind enough to come to me. I would recommend Alex any day.
