I have used this service twice, both times with prompt and perfect results. Thought the animals got in high up on the third floor, GTA Complete got it all sorted out in no time. Once, I forgot the name of the company, and accidentally called another service, they came, looked at my roof through binoculars and said there was nothing the could do. GTA Complete came as soon as I tracked down their number and had the problem solved the same day. These guys are the pros.
