Mighty Clean Carpet Cleaning

We had two wool area rugs cleaned and are somewhat disapointed by the results. The rugs are cleaner but far from new looking. However, the price was good at $168 for two rugs. One rug is 8 x 10 and the other 3.5 x 5.5. The receptionist was nice and helpful and two workers helped us remove the rugs from our vehicle.

As we expected better cleaning results, we will try a different cleaning company next time.

company has no attention to detail, baseboard area darker then the rest of the floor. They just want to get out quick so not all the water was sucked out of the carpets so it left a bad odor. stains are all still there. Company just ignores calls and has no intention to correct bad service.

We initially had them in to clean our rental apartment carpets, they were fast, efficient, friendly, and our landlord was so impressed that they were able to remove a stain from before we moved in, and they use green product. We again used them to do our area rugs, although I wished they would've taken the rugs away, they were done quickly and efficiently.

They did a great job on the carpets but charged extra for a small walk in closest and for an extra hallway, even though it was a continous hallway. The carpets dried quickly, however, and there were no stains left behind.
