I got their name through an acquaintance of mine who works for them. It was an emergency situation and they were also the only ones available. They have a pricing system that made it a little more expensive than I was expecting, but it was an emergency so I don't really know what others would have charged. They were very efficient, came out when I needed them, and I was happy with the job done.

I had to replace a leaking hot water heater in a rental unit. Piper was very fast and did an excellent job with minimal disruption to my tenants.
