Due to some water in our basement, we were anxious to get a plumber to install a back water valve. A few years back we had tried to get a plumber to do the job and no one even wanted to come for an estimate. A neighbor mentioned that they had heard good things about Piper Plumbing, so we decided to give them a call.
An appointment was set up for the estimate within 2 days. The quote was provided immediately and the price was reasonable according to what other companies quoted over the phone, some wanted to charge to come for an estimate. Dave indicated they would be able to do the work the following week.
All employees were punctual, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. The nature of this project is very messy but they used drop cloths and kept the rest of our house clean.
This project requires an inspection by the City, and this was coordinated by Dave so the job was completed within 2 days.
We were very satisfied with the work done by this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing the assistance of a plumber.
