great at calling you back and installing but plan on getting no customer service at all, no return calls, when something needs repair. Customer service is CRAP!!!. had blinds installed Dec 2016 and it is now almost June 2017 placed over 10 phone calls and no one calls back to get a repair done. They dont mind taking your money. would never recommend to anyone which is too bad cause they have lost a lot of potential clients in my area
