Tyler and his crew are awesome!!! I come across a lot of framers in my work as a structural engineer, and I can say with confidence that Riptyde Construction is a top quality framing contractor. Furthermore, Tyler has demonstrated his willingness to accept responsibility if any issues do arise (headache proof). So happy I chose Riptyde for the construction of my personal home.

I had hired a general contractor to building my house which turned into a horrific expierence. Eventually I fired my general contractor which was how I met Tyler at Riptyde. Tyler had actually been hired by my old general contractor to do some work on their behalf at my home. What impressed me is that Tyler took the time to call me to ensure that he understood exactly what I wanted done. He did not rely on what the old general contractor had told him. Within a few days the work at my house was complete. I explained to Tyler what I wanted done and between him and his guys they formed a plan to fix what I had needed done. They did it in a way that was reasonable, fast and they saved me money. They took obvious pride in their work. I was very happy with them. Tyler was very polite and a great communicator. I would hire him for other projects and would certainly recommend him and his associates to family and friends.

Riptyde Home Construction was a pleasure to deal with. Tyler was extremely friendly in setting up our basement framing, and readily available to answer any queries we had. Furthermore, the framers he sent (Brian and Brandon) were incredibly friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure our basement framing was done perfect! As an example, we have two little ones in our home and the framers removed all the wood chips/dust after so our children wouldn't potentially be bothered by it. Would highly recommend Riptyde to anyone looking for basement of home framing!!!

It's a pyramid scheme.
Hired this guy to frame a house, he subcontracted it out and took his 10%.Agreed on a price and went ahead. The guy has no idea what his crew was up to, trying to bill is extras for lumber without a receipt. Wouldn't fix anything we asked without a fight, and even after finally saying they did what we asked, checked and nothing was done. I'm not a perfectionist, but we expect it to pass inspection, everything we asked to be fixed were real deficiencies that would not have passed. We are currently 12 days past deadline. The builder wants the trades in last week. Was told it was inspection ready last week but of course it is a nightmare that wouldn't pass, the other trades can't even come in. And inspections aren't free, and now I have to pay someone to finish because they refuse to do it before next week due to being on another job. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

We have an 1800 sq. ft. 1960s bungalow and decided to renovate our basement. We are so glad we found Riptyde to be our framers. This was not an easy basement to frame because of the location of the existing plumbing stacks, window locations, and uneven foundation walls. Randy put tremendous thought and consideration into each challenge and proceeded as though he were framing his own house. He made every effort to ensure the framing was done right and made sure the final result would be as aesthetically pleasing as possible. We also appreciated his suggestions/feedback about the work our other contractors had done or how if they did something slightly differently then he could frame around it better. All in all we are very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Riptyde. Tyler is also great to deal with.

Tyler and his team at Riptyde are awesome. They have framed 2 of our basements and are always prompt from Quote to completion! I wouldn't hire anyone else and I recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks boys!

Riptyde provided us with great service. Very professional and reliable. Randy our framer was so passionate about the job and really went the extra mile on multiple occasions! He gave us suggestions on how to improve the design of the basement and really maximized our space. I would recommend (and already have) Riptyde to family and friends!! Riptyde Construction is the Louis Vuitton of framing. Simply the best of the best! From being highly efficient, extremely detail oriented and the quality surpasses any I've ever seen. Their services and quality surpassed my expectations and I have very high expectations! It's like buying a Rolex, worth the money as its superior in every way!

Tyler is a great person to deal with. He is very people oriented. He gets the job done and with quality work. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

Riptyde was recommended to us by another framing company. We hired them solely on the recommendation and are so greatful they were sent our way. Our framing project was on the more complicated side and they took on the challenge with great excitement.
