Fantastic resource. They upgraded my laptop to Windows 7. When I told them I hoped this would make my machine run faster, they ran a scan and told me my hard drive was on the verge of crashing.

I authorized them to install a new hard drive. They cloned my old one so all my info was exactly as before.
