My wife and I purchased our 20+ yr old home in 2010 and always noted that the grading on the south side of our home wasn't done right. With the heavier rain volume storms in EDMT this summer, we decided to get it corrected. The team at Landscape Essentials were in and done in one full day, and it's already saved us a lot of headaches. Evening of Aug 29th, north EDMT received 25-30 mm of rain in about an hour. The work done provided excellent drainage as expected and kept our basement dry. Price was as expected and the work done delivered. Very happy with their work.
