Jamie and his lads did a terrific job removing mold in a 1200 Sq ft attic and I can't see any mold now at all in the areas it once was located. We recommend them

I called Envirotech when I discussed potential mold issues in one of my attics. Jamie quickly responded and came and began remediation immediately in both of my attic spaces. Jamie and his team were great at explaining the issues, advising the remedy and most of all providing me guidance as to the reason for the problem (negligence of another contractor hired to install insulation). He was extremely communicative both by phone and by text and has been supportive post-work done. The guarantee of the work is also a huge plus and one to be considered when hiring with this company. Me and my wife had a few companies come into our home to price the problem and give us knowledge of what we were dealing with and the severity of the issue ..Jamie was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable ..He relieved alot of stress just off the first meeting..I'd hate to see anyone have mold and stress as we did but under the circumstances I'd definitely go with Jamie and his team at envrio tech

I had called a number of Mold remediation Companies and only one other would even consider coming to Whitby and provide a quote. We had used it as a storage area like an unfinished basement. So much was in there. It had no heat/ventilation other than 2 small basement windows. James of EnviroTech came and he gave me a totally realistic quote. He asked me to mask and label all items I would like to consider keeping. His team arrived as scheduled and had the entire job completed in one day. He had all salvaged items treated and ok for me to sort through. That was about 9 months ago. The area is still mold free and smells clean. I called Jamie and he was calming right from the start. He told me not to worry, and that he will be able to get the job done. He told me the difference in the Remediation that he does and the other services that are available. He educated me on the product and told me what the options were. I gave him my deposit and with in 3 hours the mold was gone and it was as if it was never there.
