I actually came across Rosemount Construction through Renovantage. From the first meeting to the very last Len Williams (owner) was a true gentleman and a professional to deal with. His entire crew (electrician, HVAC, framing, etc) were pleasent and professional. I constructed a new room on my second level of the house and this project involved all things in terms of building a new house. I am very happy with the room (construction) and would not hesitate at all in recommending Len Williams & his crew to anyone. When I have people coming into the house they don't even notice that a new bedroom has been build as this is how clean and professional the work has been done. I did get a permit from the city and would highly recommend anyone doing this type of work to get a permit from the city prior to construction.
In closing I am calling Len back to do more work around the house and will also give him a contract in about 1-2 years to do my basement.
