We needed all the windows replaced in the home along with 3 doors so decided to go with a reputable company well established in our community have been very happy this is part 2 of the job had phase 1 done last year quote was done in a timely fashion and reasonable price with what's going on right now during pandemic staff as well as installers are professionals and pleasant to deal with would definitely recommend to anybody looking for renovations

In the past we had Heritage Renovations replace our front door. The door is beautiful. Years later we still get compliments and questions asking from where we purchased it. The excellent product, quality of workmanship and great customer service now have us returning to Heritage for new windows for our home. We are confident the windows will be done exceptionally well also. We would recommend Heritage Renovations.

We paid Heritage thousands of dollars for high quality windows and doors, and initially we were quite happy. But then we accidentally broke a small window, and Heritage quoted us a fixed price, in writing, for the repair/replacement. After we had paid the full amount, Heritage then demanded more than double the quoted amount in order to actually do the job. When we balked, Heritage promised us in writing that they would refund the amount we paid if we could get someone else to do the repair. We did get someone else to do the repair, at a much more reasonable cost, and then Heritage reneged on their promise to give us the refund. Heritage screwed us twice - once with a bogus quote, and a second time by reneging on the promise of a refund (also in writing). We will be going to Small Claims Court to get our refund, and I would not recommend Heritage to anyone.

We have used Heritage renovations to replace all of our windows and the front door, in the last 5 years. The products were excellent, the quality of workmanship and customer experience were exceptional. We are about to have our patio door replaced and feel confident this will be done exceptionally well. We would recommend Heritage to others for consideration.

They did a great job on my windows. The order arrived early and they got them installed very quickly. Workers were beat and tidy and got the job done in a timely manner

Jim came to our house to do the quote. We liked how he was straight forward and didn’t give a big sales pitch. He was knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. We went with Heritage for the product, price and warranty. We also liked that there is a show room to go to and see the full line of windows.

I've worked with heritage several times now. Each crew has been great and the pricing is even and the work is great. I would definitely recommend. They have done a great job of explaining any possible quirkiness that could arise during installation etc.

I had 2 windows replaced earlier this month by Heritage Renovations. From start to finish the team was very professional. The installers kept their masks on and removed their shoes before they went upstairs to replace the windows. They even vacuumed after the job was complete. I was very happy with Heritage and look forward to having more windows replaced this Summer.
