I had FAMA industries to put a granite countertop for my office. They first cut the wrong size granite top for me so they had to do another one. When they ripped it out, they damaged some of my millwork. When the guys delivered the 2nd one, they completely chipped the granite. They came by and tried to fix it and patch it up but obviously the chip was still visible. They gave me an ultimatum. Either they will give me $150 credit or they will rip out the granite counter top and damage my millwork. I had no choice but to take the credit. I was very disappointed in their service and their workmanship and professionalism.

I recommend that you get your granite from somewhere else. Not worth going through the same trouble I had to go through.
