In the past 15 years, we have hired Avalon Landscaping twice. The second project was completed over 2 years ago. The problem is that a worker damaged some electrical wiring to exterior lighting, for which Avalon is responsible to repair. We witnessed this worker cut the wires and told him he would have to fix it yet Avalon has denied responsibility. Conversations regarding this problem have occurred on site. Letters have been sent to Ed but the repair has not been done. After spending over $20,000 with this company, we are disappointed that it may go to court to be resolved. Hopefully this review further brings it to Ed's attention and that his reply will state that he has owned his workers mistake and resolved this repeat customer's issue. Avalon used to be based on customer satisfaction...we will see if they repair the problem their worker created. It needs to be repaired before Dec 1 or will become a legal matter for Avalon.

Our apologies for not responding to your letter right away. We did your landscaping a long long time ago, and we did the repair & resolved this issue already over two years ago and WE DID NOT damaged your electrical, it was already broken before we even start the project. We are NOT a licence electrician, we only do our low voltage landscape lighting.
