cosmetic renovation of our house
They did a fairly major cosmetic renovation of our house (we refreshed the house from top to bottom and they also redid 4 bathrooms) after they were referred to us by our architect. It took longer than we thought it would but it’s hard to judge how much was caused by us and how much by them (the blame is shared on both sides). We were very happy with the work but they need to supervise some of their subcontractors while they're working (for example, we had a situation with the tiling company). They really should have checked up on it at the time instead of needing to come back afterwards to fix the situation.

Thanks for your feedback Lorraine, we appreciate your honesty. Sometimes adding to a project already in full swing causes delays that are hard to forecast. Since your project, we have spent a lot more time focusing on that forecasting.
