When I was first considering my purchase I was quite concerned with the square footage, because I previously lived in a single family home however, my family and I are shocked at how comfortable and spacious our place feels due to the usability of the functional layout. Moreover, I am impressed by the quality of the finishing that is not too often seen in such entry level townhomes we get complimented on our home all the time. My husband and I recently purchased and moved from our Downtown Condo into a new Townhome in East Vancouver, BC. We are so happy with our new home! The Sales Team answered all our questions and wasn't too "pushy". I really liked that Paul from the Home Owner Service Team walked through with us as we moved in to make note of any little things that needed to be sorted out. We purchased our Townhome in the Essence at Hamptons development on 23rd Ave in Surrey BC. Our Family of 4 couldn't be happier with the home and community we moved into. We must have walked through at least 30 different Open Houses before we settled on this home. We had a great experience, from our first interaction with Saraah who walked us through and answered all of our questions with such care and genuineness, all the way to our 1 year Homeowner Care follow up with Paul. We hired Legendary Developments to build a custom home for us in West Abbotsford on a lot that we had purchased.

From the fixed price contract to the regular updates and communication throughout the process, we are very happy with how beautiful our home has turned out. Even all the follow up questions we had were answered right away and by someone from the company who always took the time to come visit us and make sure everything was good. Even when we had an issue with a dropped couch on a tile (clumsy friends moving support!), they reached out to the Tile Company on our behalf to make sure it was replaced with the same one. The little things! Love our house!!
