Mark came highly recommended to me and he came to assist us in outfitting our patio door and side lights as well as our front bay window with shutters, he didn't disappoint. I am thrilled with the new shutters in my sons room. Mark was fantastic suggesting how I could cover the half moon window in there and it looks great. Installation was done an hour before they were even scheduled to arrive and the icing on the cake was that they went thru my house to all my existing 13 year old shutters replacing worn parts. I feel like I have a house full of brand new shutters now. :)

It was a great service on time and quality product. I am very much pleased with the consultation provided on initial appointment with demo of different types of shutters. Before the appointment, Mark called in advance and was right on time the day of installation. He even let go of the additional charges that was incurred towards re-adjustment of shutters due to new window installation whose measurement got changed by the company that installed it and made me his kind favor by installing the shutter himself in order to avoid extra cost to me.
