Mark was very pleasant to deal with and provided us expert advice on which product to select for our home. The result was phenomenal. The install took approximately 1 hour and the job was done professionally and to perfection. There was no cleanup required on our part.

The only gap with using this company is that they do not accept credit card payments. We had to scramble to come up with the cash at 9:30 in the morning which was a challenge. Cheques are a thing of the past - e-transfer would have made this seamless for the customer.

This is the second house that I have ordered shutters from Brooklin Blinds and I absolutely love them. The workmenship is excellent. Mark comes in and measures for your Blinds and is involved in the process from end to end. He ensures the shutters are made and installed to perfection. I know quite a few people who have ordered from Brooklin Blinds and all have been exceptionally happy with the quality of the shutters and their excellent customer service.

We do a lot of research before committing to any job. After speaking with a few people, it was clear that Brooklin Blinds and Shutters was the right company for us.
