Best customer service ever. Mark responded to my email inquiring within a day and even took my call during another installation. He came by with samples and walked me through everything. I wasn’t quite sold on all the suggestions but he said “he would not steer me wrong” and he didn’t. The blinds look great.
Mark came on the day of installation and Trevor guided me through tips and tricks once the installation was complete. I could not believe how fast (and what appeared to be easy) the installation was. And I am left with amazing blinds that just add so much elegance to my home.
Mark was a pleasure to work with. He is funny, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything you want from a business but hardly find. I would highly recommend Mark and his team.
