We had a very corroded leaky pipe in our basement. Austin was very upfront with all the repairs and explained everything to me before doing any work. Also broke down the invoice after. Very professional, honest and upfront. Fixed our pipe in 1.5 hours. Would recommend!

After about a week of slow draining our kitchen sink drain clogged. With my limited tools (25' drain auger and a sink plunger) I wasn't able to fix the issue.

I called Day and Knight and was able to get an appointment for the following day. That was great since the other companies I phoned were only able to come in 2-4 days. Austin arrived, and in about an hour had the clog removed. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and left the area clean. He also answered my questions while still being efficient with his time.

Like some other reviewers have commented, if I have any future plumbing issues Day and Knight Plumbing and Heating will be my go to!

I had a few smaller issues piling up (kitchen drain, toilet, furnace) and got Day & Knight from Home Stars. Each task was done very quickly by Austin. He came across as courteous, personable, punctual, knowledgeable, reliable and quite willing to offer up tips and suggestions for further preventative maintenance. This is now my plumbing go-to company. Thanks for making this a GREAT experience !

This company was A1 from start to finish. Linda called in response to a Homestars request for replacement of a leaking faucet and set up a visit for the same day. Austin arrived at the set time and very efficiently and professionally installed two shut off valves and a new bathroom faucet. We couldn't believe how quickly he completed the job and he tested and retested to be sure that there were no leaks. He surpassed our expectations and the price was very reasonable and in accordance with Linda's quote.

Recently had Austin come out to install our new bathroom taps - he was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient. During his post install testing he discovered our old sink was cracked and leaking. (we originally thought it was the taps - we were mistaken).
Went out that afternoon and purchased a new sink - Austin showed up the very next day and did another great job installing the new sink.
Again he thoroughly tested everything to ensure there were no leaks and that we were satisfied.

I had a water leak in the basement above celling. Contacted this company and booked appointment for the same day. The technician came about half an hour after I placed call (this for record fast time since the placing call). The leak was in the very narrow place and hard to access. The repair was done in approx. 20 minutes. Very satisfied with the service!

Day & Knight were recommended by another serivce company. I called and requested a replacement garburator, got an immediate call back and scheduled an appointment for within 3 days. The tech arrived promptly, provided the new garburator and completed the installation serivce in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional, helpful and cleaned up. Very satisfied with the service provided. Will use them again.

I tried to fix the clogged kitchen sink by myself, but it worsened.
I found good reviews about Day and Knight plumbing so I called.
The lady who answered my phone call gave me a quote immediately after I explained the issue, and I could make the appointment the next day.
The issue was worse than I thought, but Ted quickly fixed it, making different approaches.
He needed to cut the pipe to clean deeper and reattach it.
For all his work and a new pipe connector, I paid only less than $200.
I really appreciate his work.
I will definitely use this company next time as well.

After realizing my husband and I are less DIY than we initially hoped, we reached out to Day & Knight Plumbing through HomeStars based on their positive reviews. We received a phone call within hours of submitting a request, and they were able to provide a quote over the phone after discussing the scope of the project with us. We were able to book an appointment within a couple of days, and Austin arrived on time at our home. He quickly installed our vanity, the new countertop and the drain system and had all the necessary parts to complete the installation. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them or use this company again.

So happy with Day and Knight plumbing. From the gentleman who answered the phone and talked with me about what was happening to the super nice guy that came to fix my dishwasher drainage problem that needed some custom work to adjust the lines and toilet running problem. I could not solve the problem myself and so I was glad they never made me feel bad about that! I appreciate that they talked with me about what was happening and listed carefully to the problems I had. I know that the work done was common sense and resulted in lower costs for me overall. I trust the workmanship. If I have any more plumbing issues I will definitely call them again.
