My heat pump stopped working. Condo maintenance suggested I call Jimmy. He was here within 10 minutes and took another 5 minutes to

4 years old furnance in a new house. The furnance broke down for the second time is 2 years. Installing company restarted the furnace the first time it stopped working but didn't actually fix the problem, only put a bandaid on it. The furnance broke down again and the installing company would not warranty it. I called Jimmy from C2C and in a short time understood why the furnace kept failing and provided a solution for it. The furnace was installed un-leveled and water could not drain properly. Jimmy leveled the furnace and replaced failed parts. Jimmy provided awesome service and came right away. Would recommend him to everyone

The heater in my new home would not produce heat when I tried to turn it on for the winter. Jimmy from C2C came by and proposed a variety of options to get heat again. A replacement heater was needed and it is working great.

Jimmy came to check on and perform maintenance on our house furnace and central humidifier. The equipment is about 16 years old and probably close to end of life. Jimmy is very nice and personable, though he had to reschedule a few times without much notice as he is a busy guy. He performed some needed cleaning, replaced an electrical part and filters, and went above and beyond to cut an opening in the drywall for our furnace air intake. We got 12 filters from him almost for the price of 4 brand name filters from Home Depot. However, I was surprised to find an extra service fee on top of labour - More than we were expecting to pay. I guess after hours service doesn't come cheap?
