Last year we decided to get our exterior facade repainted. Etienne was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided the most reasonable quote out of 3 contractors. He helped us chose the type and colour of paint and explained why.
The job was completed as expected and on-time. The painters cleaned up after themselves.
A year later, CertaPro called us for an Annual Inspection, much to our surprise. We mentionned that there were some areas on our porch that were starting to peel and Certapro came to insepct and fixed it up almost immediately.
We are very happy with the customer service and follow-up that Certapro offered. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
