A Magic Wand

Absolutely horrible and overpriced services for very minimal effort. They were in my condo for approximately 25 minutes and left stains. They told my landlord that the stains were not removable. I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed them out on my own after being told this, because I didn’t believe it. When I asked them about this they said they weren’t surprised they came out, as the solution they put on works for 1-2 days.

That statement completely contradicts their previous statement about the stains not being able to come out at all. It also shines a light on the fact that they did not put effort into the 183.75 dollar job, and during this response they offered nothing to make up for the poor work they have done. Very disappointed.

$250 to have a sofa & loveseat cleaned. They were rushed, did a spotchy job, left bleach stains in spots, did not even bother to pull the couches out & clean the backs. Would never use them again nor would I recommend them, I could (and did) do a better job renting a Shampoo machine & doing it myself.

Double the phone estimate. Done in less than an hour. Carpet stains remaining. Stairs were dry and very dirty. Rushed to get done. Said they have to charge $350 to break even. Worst job. Most expensive. Called to let them know. Got an earful of what was wrong for them and then was hung up on. Photos to back up. No concept of customer service whatsoever. Rude.
