At my business my roof was leaking for the third time after a roofing contractor had already fixed it twice. In desperation I called Realize Home Improvements and they were able to find the real problem, clean up the previous contractors mess and get my roof fixed. I have had two more roofs and an apartment deck repaired by them. Once I had a problem and they returned immediately to make good on their work. Their prices are always reasonable. These guys are great!

My whole family has been customers, practically four (five?) houses and counting! They were so satisfactory the first time (and all the times after that) that we have never even considered shopping around. These guys are smart, fast, and 100% trustworthy. They've just finished a job on my roof where i had squirrels getting in. The men came at 7.30 a.m. on Monday and were done by 4 p.m, and except for the new shingles you would never know they had been here: not a scrap of trash anywhere. If I could give them an eleven out of ten I would. (p.s. they replaced all my eavestroughs last year, including re-directing my downspouts, with the same perfect efficiency.

We tried many other companies but this one satisfied us the most. The whole crew was very friendly and hard working. The job was done in less time and the results were superb. Thank you guys.

I called them to fix a leaky roof and agreed to the initial price for the $385 charge as I just wanted to get the probelm resolved asap and it was the best price I had gotten by far. Turns out their opinion was that my roof needed to be replaced and not fixed. While I wasn't pleased with the outcome, I was pleased with the fact that that they had the integrity to only charge me $75 (vs $385) that i had already agreed to. They are very responsive and upfront. My only criticism is their turnaround time to get the inspection report back.

I called for an estimate and met on site a day later to discuss the requirements and had the sense I was not being fed a lot of bull or being sold something I didn't need. I signed the estimate, booked the appointment which was kept right on time. Quality work done exactly as promised, on time and on budget. What else could I ask for? Highly recommended.

Of the several roofing contractors we called for estimates, these guys were great. From a no nonsense estimate, to the hard-working crew, we are very happy with our new Eaves. We were lucky to be scheduled so quickly and that we even received a free upgraded bracket system. They thoroughly cleaned our property of all roof debris, were courteous at all times and did a fantastic job. We're just so very, very happy. We have had bad experiences in the past.

Work was done on time. The workers kept the area clean. Any questions I had regarding the work were answered. Very happy with the suggestion from Francis regarding the installation of a maximum ventilator. He also solved a minor problem with my eves trough. I would recommend Realize to my friends.

bought a deal from one of these deal websites for the first time and was really happy with these guys they did a really good job i didnt they would they even took pictures to show me that everything was cleaned properly will hire them again. no issues
