Mark arrived on time and we found him to be friendly and helpful.
I was worried about cleaning the wool rug properly, without damaging the wood floor underneath, but he reassured me that it could be done and done well. He did a very thorough job by hand and we are delighted with the end result!
What a difference!
I will have no trouble recommending him to any of our friends.
