I highly recommend Davesducts for the following reasons: they are good at what they do, theyre reasonably priced but best of all, they are honest. Weve been using their services for the past four years. Twice they came and said that we didnt need the service we requested. They spent the time to assess the situation and left without getting any revenue. This is why we go directly to them now without checking competitors. We trust them.

Duct cleaning after a reno, in a HEAT wave: DDucts squeezed us into their busy schedule b/c city was in a heat wave & our family with allergies was unable to turn on our AC till the reno dust was cleared from the ducts. Caring approachable staff (Andrew) took the care to cover his shoes to protect our floors, took the care to prop open the door to bring in the machinery but to close it as soon as possible to keep the hot outdoor air/ bugs out; took care to knock and announce himself as he entered each room to access ducts (kids doing homework/ trying to stay cool in bdrms). Checked our HEPA, etc before turning system all on; reminded us to pick up new filter etc. Excellent professional service!! With this experience, we would call this team again for ANY HVAC issue.

This is the second time I use Davesducts for duct cleaning. Seven years before they did a thorough cleaning when I moved in this house. So I only need to call for a maintenance every 5-7 years. Dave's Ducts did a really good job. This is the second time I've used their services as I was very satisfied the first time they cleaned our air ducts. The guys were very professional, showed me a before and after photos. I also like that they use portable vacuum.
