The two gentlemen from Dave's Ducts were punctual and professional. They provided before and after pictures of our ducts and pointed out further improvements that could be made, with absolutely no pressure to use them. They even suggested we take the time while they were there to see if the services were already covered by our furnace/utilities provider. They also offered advice on how we could improve our efficiency and air quality, again with and/or without their services etc. At the time we used their services it was early fall and we hadn't used our heating yet (we had only just moved into the house in the summer). Once winter hit we discovered our daughter's room was getting very little heat. We called Dave and he spent a good 30-45 mins on the phone with my husband having him try various things. He then sent his guys back the next day and it was determined that the original venting system was built in a way that didn't distribute the heat evenly. Still at no charge to us, the gentlemen played around and tweaked the dampers and vents as best they could to improve the situation. Very, very impressed with our experience from beginning to end. If you need work done on your ducts or heating/cooling system I wouldn't hesitate a bit to use Dave's Ducts.

Andrew and Mark showed up on time and got right to work. Service was done quite efficiently. They brought the vacuum down the basement stairs which is not an easy task! Provided before and after air quality index readings and pictures to support a job well done. Even though we had our ducts "cleaned" by someone else only a year ago, our ducts were quite filthy especially our return air duct. While we were fortunate enough to have a voucher from an online deal, we feel the full retail price would be well worth it.

The duct cleaning service was better than I expected, the two gentle men did a wonderful job. They were polite, friendly and most of all they did not make a miss, not even a scratch on my walls while taking their equipment in and out of the house. I had researched many other duct cleaning companies and none came close to Dave's Duct cleaning. The air in my house is now fresh and clean.

The technicians showed up right on time. They were very Professional, knowledgable and did a great job. The before and after pictures were a nice touch. I would highly recommend Dave's Duct cleaning and would use their services in the future.

So I booked them & I am pleased to report they lived up to their high ratings. Arrived promptly, professional crew, explained everything (even asked if we had questions), showed us photos (before & after) and left the premises clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend this service and will personally never use any other company.

This is a great company that gives you what you have been promised and more! We were told that we would be shown pre and post pictures and were given this opportunity. We were exceptionally pleased with the 2 guys (Andrew & Mark) that came out to clean our ducts. They were extremely clean, polite & considerate of our new floors & painted walls. They took the time to explain what they did & showed pictures of the before and after. They were on time (actually even a bit early) but took their time going through our house - We did not feel like they rushed the job whatsoever. They also made us aware of some inefficiencies with our AC unit which prompted us to call our AC provider to come out & service our unit. As for pricing, we got 2 separate quotes & although their price structure was different, the bottom line between the 2 were almost the same. The reason we went with Dave's was their friendlier customer service on the phone, the equipment being used & the fact that a family member used them and was very pleased with the result. We, too, would highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning to anyone who needs their air ducts cleaned. PS. It's a great feeling (ie. reassurance) to see the before & after pictures!
