Rick Appliance Repair

Discovered that the freezer of my fridge/freezer combo was not working the day before a vacation. Called a couple of people and Ac repair answered write away. Said he could come out the next day to look at it and asked for the make and model no. They bought the parts with them and replaced the fan motor. They charged for the service call, and a one hour labor charge and the cost of the part. All appears to be working great. Wish there was a longer warranty of the parts and labor (only 3 months). Overall satisfied with the work and would call them out again.

This was the second time i used AC Appliance Repair. Rick was able to take a look at our malfunctioning LG washer same day i called. After a quick diagnosis it was determined that a new water valve was necessary. The part was ordered and with in few days just before Christmas we had the washer up and running like new. I am sure I will use them again in the future. Great work, reliable and fast!!!

We have had several bad experiences with people who have come to repair a refrigerator door (on the previous frig). So this time I consulted Home Stars and found Ac Appliance Repair and the consistently glowing recommendations. So I called them. The prior recommendations were born out by my experience. Rick came two days later, and on time. He is both very professional and friendly. He clearly knew what the problem likely was with the leaky freezer compartment and fixed it in under an hour, this despite the fact that access to the back of the appliance was not easy. I will use him again whenever needed, for any appliance. And I will definitely recommend him to friends.

I needed a refrigerator repair man and since I did not have any referrals from anyone I went onto the Homestars website to research. I read all the reviews so that I can make an informed decision regarding the company that I am going to call for the service I need. My refrigerator door had a gap (the freezer also) where cold air was escaping and the door fell downward. I called Ac Appliance and spoke with Rick who came to my home within the hour. Rick was very knowledgable, professional and did not waste anytime fixing the door. I highly recommend Rick and will use his service again if needed. 10 stars

Excellent, very professional service at a very reasonable rate! I called Rick to help fix our 20-yr. old Maytag washer that had started to leak. After giving his honest assessment and sparing us of any unnecessary cost, we agreed that it was time to replace it. Meanwhile, we also asked him if he could fix our much newer but less dependable Samsung dishwasher which wasn’t draining properly. After replacing a defective hose, Rick also took the initiative to open and inspect the drum assembly as he didn’t like the sound (or noise) it was making. Satisfied that there was nothing wrong, he put it back and assured us that there was nothing to worry about. He did not charge us extra for it. We appreciated the gesture and we were convinced that he truly meant well and that he wanted to do a thorough service of our dishwasher. He also cleaned up after his work was done.

I called a few companies but they didn't seem interested in helping me. I was refer to Rick by another repair company that didn't work on commercial units. Rick was very professional and fixed the problem within 25 minutes on being here.
