The representative Madi responded to my request for electrical services to relocate a kitchen light switch. The first thing I noticed is he was not wearing a mask when he arrived. But I needed this done so I gave him every benefit of the doubt. He asked for $100 deposit which she would put towards the work when completed. I gave him the hundred dollars and agreed to the terms. He scrutinized the project And was not really certain of how he would get it done also indicated he may have to come back to look again. He expected my contractor to demolish the wall prior to his work and the relocation. I was feeling very anxious because I was not getting any clear answers as to where or how he would complete his work. But yet I gave him the benefit of the doubt because when he arrived he showed me his certificates of honour and master electrician.

The date was set for Friday, and coordinated with my contractor as well, in fact he wanted me to call my contractor and coordinate, and I did.

Friday came, and I waited and I waited until 3 PM, my contractor was now on overtime… And so I called him. At this point he told me that he told me that he would be over on Saturday,Which was not the case. My condo does not allow work on Saturdays, and my contractor was not scheduled for Saturday. Madi was very adamant about his Saturday appointment. At this point I had no choice but to tell him that I would not be needing his services. I was stressed because I had to look for a new electrician now for Monday.

My son was very upset with him, About the deposit and nothing has been done. I did send easy electric Inc. and email advising them about my displeasure, But did tell them to just keep the hundred dollars. I am a senior and I don’t need this kind of stress. I received further email response from him, basically denying all that I had said.But again it will take another week to look at the situation.

I told him to just keep the money, as a agreed, even though he never showed up. And once again he sent me another email further disputing me. I don’t need a dispute, I’m not missing that hundred dollars, I move on And got a very reputable electrician who did a wonderful job inches three hours. This is even before my wall was demolished and there was no sign of anything on the walls. The work was done.

This is just my own experience, But I would never ever recommend this company to any of my friends.

It was a Sunday morning. My stove lost power. Then the electric circuit to which my modem was connected lost power also. As a result I lost both internet service and landline phone service. I relied on my neighbourhood paper-based yellow pages book to find Easy Electric, the only electrician that advertised 24/7 service. He came within 3 hours and spent 3 hours to replace two damaged breakers and he also fixed two electrical outlets which he said were not properly grounded. He then explained why the problem developed and recommended that the whole panel be replaced. Otherwise, similar problems would occur with the other breakers. He gave an informal estimate for this work. I intend to get second and third opinions.

Electrician named Medi came over for a job that wasn’t completed but was fully paid for. When he came back to finish he asked for my copy of the invoice to fix it and charge more money. He would not let me even take a look at my copy of the invoice or have it back and stormed out of my apartment. He said he will mail me the new invoice. He was removed from the building by security. Don’t call this guy he is terrible!

Too expensive ! diagnoses was done but problem not fixed so I brought another electrician who fixed it. The diagnoses part is a first for me. I would suggest that diagnoses and fixing the problem should be one cost.

very disorganized. pretends not to be. tells you what he thinks you want to hear, then tries to trap you in an ever changing version of events on his behalf. will pretend to agree with the customer to make you a customer but you will soon be scratching your head as all his excuses start to cascade on you. he does not have adequate staff to meet your needs. only provides part timers who work for other real bonifide employers. he does qualify as a commercial and residential prededator.

He came, inspected damage. His apprentice did the work. They ran 4 wires and left house full of holes (I had to cover them later, myself!). I requested an invoice, he provided illegible hand written copy. I paid $2000. expecting to receive an Invoice: nothing. He promised to return "in a week"; never showed up for a month. He's got a charming personality, is disorganized, and - in my opinion - a commercial predator. I would not call the Company again.

He will come to your home and say he works for a company, He is independent he charges 100 dispatch, 280 to detect the problem. He makes you sign up front. he took my dimmers and statue. made me pay he fixed nothing .He is a nightmare. run don't walk away from this guy. Any good reviews are from his friends and family.

Easy Electric Inc. came to my home to fix burnt out fuses. They installed a new fuse box and new panels as well. I don't know anything about electric work, I've been told extra work was necessary to fix the problem. This ended up costing me $8,500.00 we they are working with my insurance company to cover the cost by submitting the work report /description.

My mother contacted this company and was quoted a price to come and install a smoke and carbon monoxide detector in her condo. When the technician came he made her sign and give him her credit card number before he would quote her. He only gave her one quote. She asked about options and was stonewalled. She found his demeanor and behaviour intimidating so to get him out of her home she agreed. The price to come out was more than quoted over the phone. I don't know if this is the companies tactics with seniors or just women, but to agree to something you don't want just to feel safe and have the person leave is quite scary.
My brother contacted the company and was told they would investigate and get back to him. They didn't.
