Electricians review in Toronto

Easy Electric Inc. came to my home to fix burnt out fuses. They installed a new fuse box and new panels as well. I don't know anything about electric work, I've been told extra work was necessary to fix the problem. This ended up costing me $8,500.00 we they are working with my insurance company to cover the cost by submitting the work report /description.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Unhappy with extra costs

Electricians review in Toronto

Easy Electric Inc. came to my home to fix burnt out fuses. They insisted on unnecessarily installing a new fuse box and installing new panels as well. I don't know anything about electric work so I believed them when they said the extra work was necessary. This ended up costing me $9,000.00 and I am very unhappy and unsatisfied. They also claimed that insurance would cover this work, but this turned out to be untrue.
