Home Inspection review in
Waterloo
We've engaged Rick's expertise to inspect the home that we were interested in, had it scheduled at 9 : 00am. We arrived in the site at 8:50am, he was already there started taking photos. He let us ask questions as we go with him during the inspection process, which he answered with clarity, he has recommendation in each issue noted. He was very thorough and detailed as he looks in each area of the house.
We can say this in comparison to the inspector we hired for our first home, and Rick's show of his expertise and professionalism is far more excellent.
