Home Inspection review in
Kitchener
Rick conducted the home inspection for a century home my partner and I are purchasing. He went through the home with us in detail, explaining how concerns or issues would appear in the final report while he walked us through them in person. He differentiated between issues requiring immediate attention and those with less urgency. He was able to answer our questions and gave us the information and confidence we needed to make our decision. Comprehensive and professional. Would recommend.
