CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

I move frequently and this is the first time I've used rental boxes. I'm so glad I did! I wanted to go the enviro-friendly route, save myself the hassle of collecting boxes from the grocery or liquor stores and make it easier for my movers. Renting boxes was the perfect solution!
I shopped around and the cost of renting worked out be the same as buying boxes and supplies and CityBoxes prices and packages were the best deal . Plus, by making it easier for my movers it saved me money because they spent less time loading and unloading.
Knowing the boxes would be picked up on a certain date also motivated me to unpack.
I'm glad I chose CityBoxes because Andrew was excellent! He provides professional customer service and is super friendly. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, questions I had and changes I needed to make to my delivery time. He was such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend CityBoxes!

I've rented 20 bins for one bedroom apartment move. Bins were sturdy and easy to use. But it was the service that trully outdid the competition. None of my requests or questions were too silly or unmanageable, and I have used other box/bin renting places in the past. Prices are affordable. Service is super friendly. Don't rent moving boxes anywhere else. Seriously, give CityBoxes a try - and you wont be disappointed.

I rented moving boxes for our office move. Soon after filling out the online form I received a quote and follow up call from Andrew who was professional and super friendly.
The boxes arrived and were picked up on schedule and made the move a breeze.

I'll never move without CityBoxes again! Not only were the boxes themselves fantastic to pack all my belongings into, but Andrew was a treat to work with. He went above and beyond with amazing customer service, even allowing me to make a last-minute change to my pickup date so that I could take advantage of free tickets to a Blue Jays game! Scheduled to drop off some boxes and a couple other items. Andrew dropped them off on time and was very helpful. Had great service and was very flexible with times. Highly recommended.

Called CityBoxes based on a recommendation. Andrew was responsive, professional, helpful, friendly, and punctual. The boxes made this move the most efficient yet. Very easy to move, stack, and keep organized. Being able to stack six boxes and push on a dolly made the move easier. Having to get the boxes back to Andrew is a great motivator to unpack. I loved the fact there was no waste. Awesome business and great experience. I would recommend this to anyone.

We moved across Toronto (house to house) and thoroughly enjoyed using this service. Andrew is a great guy, extremely accommodating, and flexible. He unloads all your boxes into your place, gives you the brief tutorial, and then comes to pick them up when you're done. We messed up a bit having the boxes ready for him to pick up but he was so accommodating and understanding. Very good boxes, reasonable price given the hassle that you avoid, and love the wardrobe boxes since they essentially eliminate packing your closet. I would not hesitate to use CityBoxes again.

This service is super convenient. Andrew was so pleasant and brought all the bins right inside my home. The use of the cart made moving a breeze, and with no box building or breakdown packing/unpacking was QUICK. The collection of the bins at the end of the move meant I didn't ever have to leave my house for full service.

Sure it's more expensive than buying boxes but I'd do it again in a heartbeat, because breaking down boxes and taking them to the a condo recycling room sucks.

The service worked perfectly and Andrew was a great guy. I had a snafoo with my move that required a short-notice change in order status...Andrew accommodated me with no problems/questions. Would absolutely recommend to others!!
