I have never rented boxes before and I am so glad I did. Everything was much smoother and efficient. It was also great to have the flexibility to return the boxes with this amazing company, City Boxes. Andrew, the owner, was so pleasant to deal with and he is a true professional. Thank you.

1) rent plastic moving boxes...enjoy the cost and convenience savings over using cardboard
2) get the lowest prices in GTA---we won't be beat by ANYONE
3) why pay for boxes you don't need? the ONLY company to give a full refund for any unused boxes
4) deal with a real independent owner/operator...we are NOT a franchise, you aren't paying the franchisee's fees and aren't dealing with a 1-800 number

Ideal Solution for Moving!

Excellent service and great communication from Andrew. He was friendly, and efficient! The boxes were sturdy and robust, the size being perfect to pack up our 2-bedroom apartment using the "Minimalist" package of 20 boxes. I'm grateful to have come across this environmentally friendly service, at a great price, and will absolutely use them again in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CityBoxes to friends and family!

But I checked it out, and this was an ACTUAL customer review, so thank you!
Reviewer makes some excellent points:
1) exceptional trouble free customer service [moving/renos during covid pandemic are stressful enough!]
2) always lower pricing than our competition for the exact same bins [we are not a franchise, no franchise/royalty fees to cover!]

Amazing service

Andrew was amazing in helping us move. He delivered the boxes on time and the boxes were super clean. We were also given a label for each box which helped us stay organized. We have had an amazing experience with City Boxes. I would use them again and again.

Andrew runs this business himself. He was able to answer my questions about safety and covid directly and provided a lot of flexibility and reassurance during my move. My only request and suggestion would be that he wear a mask that's fitted to his face (during covid). On our first interaction, he didn't wear one, although he was willing to stay back. on the second encounter (pick up) he was wearing a bandana (which is better than nothing but not that helpful).

The Only Way To Move

CityBoxes was an amazing way to move. The delivery of boxes was super smooth, they fit all of my personal items and stacked really easily. The labels that came with the boxes were easy to use and helped with unpacking. At the new place, not a single item was damaged that was in a CItyBox, it was really easy and eco-friendly to unpack without all that cardboard and tape. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is moving!

Boxes are just the right size with interlocking lids which is very convenient. Labels are provided for easy tracking and boxes have holes for zip lock ties.

It was a hectic move (are there any other kinds?) but having Andrew and CityBoxes belped me get through this bug time.

Highly recommended service and on a personal note - see you when move again!:)

Exceptional service is an understatement!
We dealt with Andrew from City Boxes for our move and we can’t say enough about him. Our move was hectic in general but had it not been for his services it would have been a lot more chaotic. We were so glad we took his advice and increased the number of bins we initially ordered because we ended up using them all. Andrew was super helpful and accommodating and such a pleasant person to deal with overall! The boxes are clean, sturdy and easy to stack. This service is a must for anyone who needs to move so we highly recommend City Boxes !
