Sean and Tom of EnviroSolve came in and did a major repair/restore of our basement after the July 2013 flooding. When dates were finalized they committed to them to the end. Communication was excellent, letting us know timelines and days away well in advance. Quality of work was very good and made sure everything was set and working properly before declaring the job finished. They were very prompt with fixing deficiencies and even doing a little extra work. Honest people doing honest work!

After flooding in our office that involved the basement,main and second floor, Sean was able to attend or office immediately upon contacting him and assess the damage. He gave us a quote within two business days. He started and finished the job on schedule and for the price quoted. Sean and his crew were extremely professional and conscientious of the fact that we were still carrying on business while the work was being done. They made sure the work was as unobtrusive as humanly possible and went above and beyond what I would expect from any contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

This is a great company and well worth every cent. This summer we had water in the basement and it resulted in damage to our wood floors. Sean of EnviroSolve took our call and came that very day to assess the situation and give us a detailed quote. Within two days they had their whole team at our house and worked quickly and diligently in removing the damaged floor and dealing with the mold they found. They were very professional and took all necessary safety precautions when cleaning the space while also tidying up before they left. In the early part of this year, we discovered that the Cold Cellar in our home was showing signs of Mould and Mildew. Upon further analysis by an Environmental Consulting Firm, it was discovered that the stucco that was sprayed on the concrete walls of the Cold room contained Asbestos, and were advised that Asbestos Abatement should supersede Mould Remediation.
After numerous failed efforts to seek out a competent, and honest, contractor, we found Envirosolve Canada, and were visited by Mr. Sean Macdonald (President of the Company).
Mr. Macdonald assessed the condition of the room, listened attentively to everything I wanted done, and promptly emailed me a very comprehensive quote the next day, explaining in great detail everything they would do in meeting all my needs, at a very fair price, including performing post abatement testing of the air quality,
There are not enough good things I can say about this Company, from the professional, and responsive manner in their dealings with me as well as the thoroughness of their paperwork including the post abatement report and Lab tests.
Needless to say, the actual work done in removing all the Asbestos containing Stucco, and the Mould in the Cold Room was outstanding , and while they were in our home, even my wife was struck by the polite and caring manner which they displayed.
The highest recommendation I could give this company would be that I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend them to my own family, should the need arise for this type of service.

After a home inspection required for a home sale we found we had mould in our attic that needed to be remediated before the house could be listed. EnviroSolve came in on a weekend to investigate and by the following weekend the problem was resolved. The home inspector reviewed the work and reported the remediation work was of a very high quality. EnviroSolve staff were exceptionally customer focused and professional. Definitely recommend them.
