WOW Snow Removal

2 years ago vermin got into the roof after the ice storm, 15 holes, $16,000 later, all wet insulation removed, mold dealt with, ventilation installed, BUT plastic vents installed, basically an entire new roof done in a couple of days while explaining every last detail and prioritizing us due to the damage. FYI, no other company would come out to do roof repairs which is why it got as bad as it did. So fast forward to 2016 and an f'ing squirrel decides to chew through one of the plastic vents and we call Tony and he comes out on Easter Sunday and replaces both plastic vents with metal ones and installed wire mesh for double whammy protection and he refuses to charge us. seriously the best customer service, insane warranty that makes no sense as we should have been charged! Most grateful and recommend Tony and Wow roofing highly! Would never use anyone else!

Payed very close attention to details like straight line cuts, workmanship. Always dedicated to inspection after wind storms, without even calling them ! Punctual and very knowledgeable.Friendly group of guys.

Tony came to replace our entire roof and all of the insulation on our attic. Tony was knowledgable and professional and was on the job for 6 days non-stop. We highly recommend his services and expertise when it comes to roofing. Trustworthy and reliable.

Our story commences with a leak from the dishwasher which caused damage to the basement room underneath; we had several opinions re mold damage which suggested there was no issue; we brought Tony in who commenced a very thorough inspection, starting with the kitchen, which led to the kitchen attic; mold was visible....the investigation continued to the main roof and attic where improper venting had caused condensation and mold growth; further inspection of the roof with photos provided by Tony showed gaps and inadequate flashing around the chimney and attics; again more mold in the attic and in the basement where the water had seeped in. I have to say I am disappointed with both prior investigators and prior roofers whose work I will simply say was less than adequate. Tony and his crew are very hard workers who worked in all kinds of weather to complete the job as indicated. Tony was there throughout as an overseer, takes great pride in his end product which no doubt has led to his high ratings on this site; we are thankful for homestars and the opportunity to find helpful and reliable reviews and service

I had a leaking roof and they came out with in a hour, befor the end of the week my roof was fixed and everything was dried out , they really saved me thank you !!

I used Wow Roofing last year and was not disappointed with there work or how fast they where able to get the whole job done. I also signed up for there snow removal service and they where always there to clear the drive way, I will be going with them again this winter!

We have used them for several years now. At one time we stopped using them but went back to them last winter, the service has improved. We will use them again this winter. They should always be aware that sometimes a community close by might only get a sprinkle of snow where a neighboring community could get somewhat more snow.
