Svetlana is a pleasure to deal with and has provided outstanding workmanship on the Roman Shades and Pleated Panels I ordered for a few rooms in my home. I have to say that I found the quality and the overall experience far superior to what I had previously experienced with a very large drapery store in Toronto. Svetlana is so easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Both Svetlana and Michael were very meticulous during the installation and ensuring the draperies were hung perfectly.
