Philip and his crew did the most amazing move for us. We have never experienced this type of service from any other mover. From the time he entered our home to the time he left our destination everything was top notch. He was polite, worked very quickly, organized everything beyond belief, carried with him a sense of humour and made our move stress free. He did not charge us for his sense of humour. We knew we wanted to hire a smaller company for our local move, and Philip and his team did a great job. They brought moving boxes in advance, and garment boxes the day of. They showed up on move-in day right on time. Each member of the crew made a point of introducing themselves and shaking my hand, which Is a small thing but as a woman actually made a big difference in my comfort level with all these men in my home. They worked quickly and efficiently and got us moved in earlier than anticipated, and we only found one small scuff in the entire home. Would happily recommend or hire again.

Philip and his team were fast and efficient. Philip originally provided a quote based on our quantity of stuff to move. Before our move date, I had some spare time and managed to move some of that stuff myself. Philip based his final cost only on the time he and his guys spent moving what remained. We found his prices to be fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

We contacted It's the Right Move based on their reviews and rating here on Homestars and boy are we glad we did. Philip came out and we were impressed with the thoroughness of our discussions. Price was a bit higher than others but we still felt more comfortable.

On the move day, they were pretty much right on time and made amazingly quick work of our 4 bedroom house in Mississauga. We were, we believe, very organized with items labeled for where they were to go (floor and room) and boxes as centralized as possible. The team was friendly, very efficient (it was amazing watching them move), professional and cheerful.

Arrival at our new home in Winona was prompt, and they again made quick work on getting everything and placed according to our wishes. Beds were assembled as well.

Best surprise was at the end where Philip noted that the move went quicker and they were one less person than estimated - so the final price was several hundred dollars less!! Talk about a pleasant surprise.

I cannot highlight enough how much we recommend It's the Right Move. You will not regret choosing them.

Unlike many other franchisees of large moving companies, It's a Right Move is a small private company, which offers all the benefit of personalized services. Philip and his crews are very courteous and pleasant. They work efficiently and do a very good job. Also, I found their price very reasonable. The only thing they could improve is runners for stairs. They did not have enough runners and ended up walking on white carpeted stairs with shoes. Fortunately it did little damage but it was a little concerning. Otherwise, I was very pleased with their service, and would recommend this company highly to anybody.
