We love the service and the product. We get compliments all the time and the staff was very helpful. The $100 delivery fee was a bit much though considering the distance and the easiness of bringing it over. All in all though a good purchase

We came here without a CLUE as to what we wanted for our home. We were helped by various salespeople at this location, as well as the one in Markham. All their salespeople are extremely friendly and helpful, and they provide great advice without being pushy. We ended up buying a couch and bed from Urban Barn - both items we are thrilled with. The delivery people are also SO friendly, efficient, and considerate. We would definitely shop here again!

Lovely furniture and accessories for the home. I always head to Urban Barn to see what new things they have in store. Large to small, all very tasteful stuff. Love it!

The couch takes about 3 months but it was delivered on time and we received exactly what we'd expected. We bought the Brooklyn couch. It is easy to clean because of microfibers. The only thing was that the couch is not as comfy as others but boy does it look great!

Recently purchased a sofa at Urban Barn. Had excellent service and a discounted price. The sofa was supposed to arrive between 4 to 8 weeks, it ended up only taking 3 weeks for it to be shipped and it looks beautiful! Very happy and would definitely recommend this store to a friend

We decided to buy new furniture and decorations for our living room. After much comparison, we decided to buy a couch and chairs at the Urban Barn. The service was great! They even let us take home a couple stools just to see how they would look before we made a decision to buy them.
