Fluent Moving & Storage

I have never seen a crew of movers work so slowly and with so little effort. It took 9 hours to empty my apartment (a two bedroom with only one set of bedroom furniture) and then to empty the truck and more into the new place. I had everything organized and packed well. The superintendents at both buildings told me they had never seen anything like it either. I have moved dozens of times and have moved a 4 bedroom house with all the stuff for 4 people in less time than this move took.

Of course, they charge by the hour.

The final bill was almost $1500 to move me. Others I know have moved far more stuff and paid far less.

In the end, I had to ask them just to dump the boxes still not moved as they would have taken at least another hour or more to do so.

They did "dump" them - so that I couldn't even walk through my apartment at all. I am a single woman over 50 with a bad back. They took advantage of me and I broke more of a sweat than they did.

Do not use this company. I will never use them again.
